Where is my progress saved?

Only on your device. Deleting the app deletes your progress.

How do I change my ad consent?

Open Settings → Privacy options in the game (shown in regions where it is required). On iPhone you can also turn tracking off in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Turn off Settings → Drunk vision.
